Shipping Policy

If you are local to our main warehouse, you can schedule to pick up your order at our location or have your order locally delivered to you (local delivery is currently $15 and your order subtotal must be $75 or more).

If you are not in our pick up or local delivery range, we can ship your order to you. Our site is designed to generate available shipping options and costs for you to choose from. Please note that these shipping costs are not always accurate. If your actual shipping cost is drastically different from the dollar amount our site generated, we may send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you do not agree with the shipping cost.

When ordering pallets, please note that the freight costs are always changing. We charge a minimum of $200 for shipping pallets to customers who don't need a liftgate and $230 for customers who need a liftgate. Please make sure you are choosing the correct shipping quote at checkout so we know whether or not you need a liftgate. If the actual freight cost is more than $200 with no liftgate or $230 with liftgate, we will send you an invoice for the remaining freight cost. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you do not agree with the shipping cost.

Some items we are able to offer free shipping. If an item ships for free, this will be noted in the product details and will show as "free shipping" upon checkout.

Please note that orders take 1 to 4 days to process and ship out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your ships.

Payment Options

For online orders, you can pay by credit or debit card. If you are picking up your order at our location, you can pay cash upon pickup. Please do not choose the "pay by cash" option at checkout unless you are picking up your order. We will cancel your order if you choose "pay by cash" for shipping and local deliveries. If you would like to request to pay by cash for a local delivery, please reach out to tarah@dialedingardeningsupply.com.

If you are a commercial grow or business with an order over $1000, we can offer you the option to use ACH instead of credit or debit card. Please reach out to tarah@dialedingardeningsupply.com with your order and we will send you an invoice with the option to pay via ACH.

We currently only ship to the lower 48 states in the United States (no shipping to Hawaii or Alaska). We hope to include these states in the future.
